Standard cuts are considered our most popular cuts among customers but we offer custom cuts on 1/2 or whole beef options.
We will split order for 1/2 beef shares up to 2 ways and a whole beef share up to 4 ways.
Typically we age our beed for 14 to 21 days.
Unless otherwise requested, our beef are finished on our farm fro 90-120 days of a free feeding corn and grass mixture.
We package our beef with a double layer Saran Wrap followed by a heat shrink protector that gives an air tight seal lasting for over a year in your freezer.
We deliver personally to your door/work space in our vehicle with insulated blankets to keep the meat frozen while in route.
All orders of beef will receive their portion of bones and fat unless specified before hand.
No, we do not give our cattle hormones or vaccinations.
